After your order is confirmed, you receive an email with the supplier link within 24 business hours. Check your spam folder if you haven't received anything after 24h.
No. All sales are final. You are purchasing a digital link — once delivered, our service is fully completed. Digital content made immediately available after purchase is not eligible for a right of withdrawal.
Items are sold by independent suppliers. Customers must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Misrepresenting these items can carry legal consequences. Offload accepts no liability for the customer's use of the supplier link after purchase — see our Legal page.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are secured through Shopify Payments.

We order ourselves, analyze premium quality, and monitor community feedback (Reddit, Discord, specialized forums). A supplier doesn't pass our filter without an impeccable reputation and consistent quality.
