Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

Offload (hereinafter "the Platform") is a B2B sourcing service that sells links to third-party suppliers of luxury, tech and fashion items. The Platform is intended exclusively for professional and semi-professional resellers. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Exact nature of the product sold

Offload sells digital access: a direct link to a verified third-party supplier. This link gives access to a supplier offering premium quality items from independent suppliers. Offload does not sell physical products. Offload is not a manufacturer, importer, or retailer of physical products. The customer purchases only access to the supplier contact.

3. Nature of items

Listed suppliers are independent third-party producers, not affiliated with any brand. The purchase, possession, and resale of such items may be subject to legal restrictions depending on the customer's country. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Warning on resale

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Misrepresenting these items as authentic branded products can carry legal consequences. Offload accepts no liability for acts committed by the customer after receipt of the supplier link. The customer is solely responsible for their use of the supplier contacts provided.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of tax. Offload reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Order and payment

All orders are final upon payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal.

7. Delivery of the supplier link

The supplier link is sent by email to the address provided at checkout, within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Delivery is exclusively digital. Offload cannot be held responsible for an email not received due to an incorrect address or spam filter.

8. No returns or refunds

Digital content made immediately available after purchase is not eligible for a right of withdrawal. No return or refund will be granted once the supplier link has been transmitted, without exception.

9. Liability

Offload acts as a sourcing intermediary. Offload cannot be held liable for: (a) the quality of physical products provided by the third-party supplier, (b) supplier delivery timeframes, (c) disputes between the customer and the supplier, (d) illegal use of supplier contacts by the customer. The commercial relationship with the third-party supplier is established directly between the customer and the supplier.

10. Personal data

Data collected (name, email, address) is used solely for order processing. It is never sold. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data by contacting us at resellproducts.fr@gmail.com.

11. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
